PRIVACY POLICY

For self-service trial registration, we process the provided email address, a normalized email identifier, a pseudonymous browser token and short-lived pseudonymous network request counters to deter repeated trials and automated signups. We also store support emails and replies in our private administration database. These checks reduce abuse but do not uniquely identify a person. Contact support@deluxedeltax.com for privacy inquiries.

Effective date: 2026-10-13  ·  Data controller / operator: L&L DeLuxe LLC  ·  Brand: DeLuxe DeltaX

This Privacy Policy explains how L&L DeLuxe LLC collects, uses, shares and protects information associated with DeLuxe DeltaX. It describes the features currently enabled. Individual subscriber accounts, email-verified trials and optional browser push notifications are available. No paid subscription processing or payment-card collection is currently enabled.

ACTIVE ACCOUNTS, TRIALS, AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

For invited subscriber accounts, we process an email address, a one-way password hash, account access and trial-expiration timestamps, Terms acceptance records, and saved watchlist and notification preferences. For users who opt into browser push, we store a device subscription endpoint so we can send notifications according to those preferences. Notifications are delivered using the browser/device push provider, which processes the destination endpoint. Subscribers may disable push on their devices; no credit-card data is collected by the current Service.

1. INFORMATION WE HANDLE

To provide an access-controlled website, we process an essential sign-in session cookie. We use browser storage to keep your chosen assets on your own device. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, access timestamps, approximate location, security events and error logs. If you email us, we process your email address, message and information you choose to provide. Do not send trading credentials, API keys, payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

2. USES OF INFORMATION

We use information to operate and secure the Service, authenticate access, remember local preferences, troubleshoot errors, respond to requests, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not place trades for you or use browser watchlist selections to execute orders.

3. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

The current access session cookie is essential for authentication and can remain valid for up to seven days unless cleared or expired sooner. Subscriber watchlists and notification preferences are saved to their accounts; administrator preview preferences may remain local to the browser. Clearing cookies or local storage can sign you out or erase saved preferences. If non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, or similar tools are ever introduced, we will provide any required notices and choices.

4. SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use infrastructure and security providers to deliver the Service; those providers may process technical data for service delivery and protection. Visiting third-party charting links may share information directly with those services, which operate under their own privacy policies. We do not sell subscriber personal information to advertisers. Browser push delivery uses the push service operated by the subscriber’s browser or device provider. Payment providers will be disclosed if paid subscriptions become available.

5. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Browser-stored preferences remain on the device until removed or overwritten. Session-cookie expiry is explained above. Access, diagnostic, correspondence and security information may be retained for the periods reasonably needed for their purposes and legal obligations, subject to provider settings. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Retention varies by the purpose of the information and any applicable legal requirements.

6. ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION AND CHOICES

You may sign out and clear local browser information. For questions or requests about personal information and rights available under applicable law, including access, correction or deletion, contact support@deluxedeltax.com. We may verify identity and may need to retain records where permitted or required by law. Subscribers can change their watchlists and push preferences through their account and can disable browser push on a device.

7. AGE AND INTERNATIONAL USE

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Access from outside the United States may involve processing in the United States and other locations used by service providers. Where required, we will give the appropriate disclosures and honor applicable privacy rights.

8. CURRENT ACCOUNTS, PUSH ALERTS AND FUTURE BILLING

Current invited accounts use an email address, password verifier, account and acceptance records, selected assets, notification preferences, and a session cookie. Browser push is opt-in and uses a device subscription endpoint processed by the browser or device push provider. Paid subscriptions, if introduced, will require separate billing disclosures and potentially a payment provider. We will update this Policy before any new collection begins.

9. UPDATES AND CONTACT

We may revise this Policy as the Service evolves; the effective date above will identify the posted version. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. For privacy questions, contact support@deluxedeltax.com.

This Policy describes current practices. Any additional information-handling practices will be disclosed when relevant features become available, in accordance with applicable law.
